Our Manufacturing Capabilities
Seamlessly integrated CNC machining, fabrication, assembly, and inspection, all coordinated and delivered from our North West facility.
CNC Machining
We have seven CNC lathes and milling machines equipped with 5th-axis capabilities. This allows us to perform complex machining operations with precision and efficiency.
CNC Milling
- Capacity: up to 3100mm x 1250mm x 1250mm.
- Equipped with 4th and 5th axis facility and a rotating head.
- 3D 5-axis milling with simultaneous machining capabilities.
CNC Turning
- Capacity: 3mm to 890mm diameter, up to 3 metres in length.
- Driven (live) tooling with axial and radial capabilities.
Welding & Fabrication
Our dedicated welding and fabrication operations are housed in a purpose-built facility adjacent to our main building, ensuring segregation and reducing the risk of cross-contamination.
Certifications and Expertise
- Certified to BS EN ISO 1090-2 EXC4 and ISO 3834-2
- Extensive library of welder qualifications
- CSWIP 3.2 Welding Inspector for both internal and third-party certifications
- PCN Level 2 operators certified in Visual, Penetrant, and Magnetic Testing
Waterjet Cutting
With Waterjet technology, we accurately cut a wide range of materials without thermal distortion. This cold-cutting process eliminates heat-affected zones, preserving material integrity and often reducing the need for secondary finishing.
Our waterjet machine cuts
- Up to 2500mm x 1250mm and cut up to 75mm Thick
- Gantry Crane Loading facility -500 kgs
Wire & Spark Erosion
Wire erosion delivers high precision in cutting intricate shapes and complex geometries. Using a thin, electrically charged wire, this technology erodes material with minimal heat generation and mechanical stress, ensuring high-quality finishes and tight tolerances.
Inspection
We have a temperature-controlled inspection room and offer a comprehensive suite of testing capabilities, including non-destructive testing (NDT), material hardness testing, and surface finish examinations.
Our team certifications include:
- Senior Welding Visual Inspector: CSWIP 3.2.1
- PCN - Magnetic Particle Inspector: Level 2
- PCN - Visual Weld Inspector: Level 2
- PCN - Dye Penetrant Inspector: Level 2
