After a challenging few weeks, we’re excited to announce new and significant improvements to our fabrication capabilities.

Last summer, we acquired the building adjacent to our main facility. We transformed it into a dedicated welding facility with segregated zones for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This move doubled our fabrication capacity and reduced cross-contamination risks, but we knew that we needed fully segregated facilities.

In late 2023, we began a recruitment campaign to bring more welders and fabricators into our team, which has now doubled in size. In June of this year, we received the keys to another adjacent unit and began work on a new fabrication facility. Today, we’re excited to announce that this work is now complete.

Our welding and fabrication department now operates from two dedicated buildings, one for ferrous metals and one for non-ferrous metals.

This exciting development:

  • Doubles our fabrication capacity (again)
  • Further decreases the risk of cross-contamination
  • Enhances safety and efficiency in handling materials
  • Allows us to manufacture larger and heavier fabrications

Last year, we achieved ISO 1090 EXC 4 and 3834-2 accreditations, and our team gained NDT qualifications. Combined with our vast library of welder qualifications and procedures, we’re excited to tackle larger and more complex projects involving dissimilar and exotic alloys.

Follow us as we continue investing in our business to provide our growing customer base with the high-quality service they need.
