We’re thrilled to share that our team here at Lyndhurst Precision raised an incredible £5,813 for Derian House Children’s Hospice!
Last month, we took on the demanding 12-mile Chorley 3 Peaks Challenge, covering Rivington Pike, Healey Nab, and Great Hill. It was no small feat, pushing us physically and mentally, but knowing we were doing it for such an important cause made every step worth it.
Supporting our local community is something we’re deeply passionate about. Derian House provides round-the-clock care to over 400 children across the North West, and they need £6 million annually to continue offering this vital support. By taking part in this challenge, we wanted to help them make a difference for those children and their families.
Our team came together, collecting sponsorships for every mile, and we’re proud to say that Lyndhurst Precision matched these donations, bringing our final total to £5,813.
Reflecting on the experience, our Managing Director, Mark Marriner, said it best: “At Lyndhurst Precision, giving back is at the core of who we are. Derian House does remarkable work, and we’re proud to support their mission. This challenge has only strengthened our commitment to making a positive impact in our community.”
A big thank you to everyone who supported us along the way – your generosity and encouragement helped us reach this milestone. We look forward to more opportunities to give back to causes that truly matter.
