We have a wide selection of in-house materials with varying strengths, conductivities and corrosion resistances. If you don’t have material specifications, we can advise you on material choices, and where necessary we can conduct a material study.

If you already have drawings and specifications for your project, we can build it for you. We have CNC machines, waterjet and fabrication capabilities, along with an extensive stock of in-house materials, or you can supply your own.

Whether you have an existing part that needs repairing or a completely new part to be reverse engineered, we can work with you to develop drawings for the manufacturing process.

We will inspect your components to ensure adherence to your specifications. Our dedicated temperature controlled inspection environment has a full range of calibrated equipment, Faro arms and CMM Machines. We can supply all required quality documentation.

Yes, we regularly manufacture one-off components for a number of applications including replacement parts and prototypes.
