Medical Dressing Assembly Machine
Design, manufacture and assembly of an assembly system for medical components.
Introduction
We were asked to design, manufacture, assemble and install a system that with the ability to assemble various medical dressing components. We used cutting edge electro-mechanical positioning activators together with a flexible pallet transfer system to create a high speed process that delivers accurate finished components, which passes rigorous testing procedure you would expect from the medical industry. The system is self contained, lightweight and manoeuvrable.
