Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the team at Lyndhurst Precison

As 2022 comes to a close, we want to take this opportunity to wish our customers and suppliers, a Merry Christmas and a prosperous 2023. Here’s a quick look at some of the things we’ve accomplished this year.

New machines and new capabilities

This year, we’ve expanded our manufacturing facility with the acquisition of 4 new state-of-the-art HAAS CNC machines, a large-capacity CNC press brake, a set of power rollers, and an EDM wire erosion machine.

Additionally, we have acquired Cyber Essentials accreditation and invested in Sempre inspection report softwareOur investment hasn’t stopped here though, we have more machines on order which are due to be delivered in 2023.

New people have joined the Lyndhurst team

We’ve welcomed a new design engineer, a project engineer, two new CNC machinists, a fitter, an inspector and a new cohort of apprentices to the Lyndhurst team. We also now have in-house NDT capabilities, which allows us to deliver projects with this requirement rapidly. Two of our engineers have also achieved CDM training and our fabrication team has enhanced their portfolio of welder qualifications.

We’ve delivered a number of impressive projects

We’ve worked on a lot of projects large and small, one of our large-sized projects involved the construction, assembly and testing of a 10m x 2.5m x 5m vessel for the nuclear industry.
